About Brittany
Hi, I’m Brittany! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with adults and couples navigating life’s complicated and overwhelming moments. My approach to therapy is relational, straightforward, and centered on creating a space where you don’t have to perform or have everything figured out. I’m passionate about helping people better understand themselves, their relationships, and the nuanced ways our brains and experiences shape us.
A Little More About Me
I grew up as the oldest of five kids in a blended family in rural Indiana — which, if you know, you know. I was the one keeping the peace, reading the room, and taking care of everyone else before I ever learned how to take care of myself. Classic parentified oldest daughter stuff.
At 13, I was diagnosed with depression and anxiety. I was put on medication and sent on my way — no therapy offered, no space to actually talk about any of it. Looking back, that experience shaped everything. I know what it feels like to need support and not have access to it. I know what it feels like to grow up somewhere that didn't have the resources, or the language, for what you were carrying.
That's why I do this work. And honestly? I love it. Getting to sit with people, really hear them, and help them start to make sense of their own story — there's nothing else like it.

You’re the expert on your own life!
I’m here to help you hear yourself more clearly
Who I Work With
I'm especially called to work with adults in their 20s and 30s who are:
Untangling childhood or adolescent trauma and figuring out how it's showing up in their life today.
Women who are done shrinking themselves and ready to take up space.
Members of the LGBTQIA+ community — I identify as a lesbian, and creating an affirming, informed space matters deeply to me.
People navigating relationship changes, whether that's a breakup, exploring new relationship structures, or just trying to figure out what they actually want.
Anyone who's ever felt like therapy "wasn't really for them" — you might just not have found the right fit yet.
